activeTab: Used to access the currently open tab when the user interacts with the extension.scripting: Used to inject scripts that highlight links on the web page.<all_urls>: Required to analyze and highlight links across all websites.These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of the extension (i.e., identifying and visually highlighting external links). No data is collected, transmitted, or shared as a result of these permissions.
